LEADS stands for Leadership, Education, and Development Seminar. 

 

These seminars are held annually in February at the CFWC State Board Meeting and are incredible events designed specifically to train future leaders.  The result of attending these events is that all clubs, districts, and CFWC itself have membership rosters filled with the best qualified leaders of the future.  When effective training is provided, everyone benefits from the new leaders that emerge.
